The Goldstone
It was the home of Brighton & Hove Albion FC from 1902 to 1997. It was somewhat decrepit, but it was ours and Seagulls fans remember it fondly. The ground was sold in 1997 by the owners of the club, without a home to go to. It's now a retail park and Burger King. If you are a prospective client and a Palace fan, please don't let all this put you off.
